Security Protocol
All sensitive communications regarding orders, disputes, or account recovery MUST be encrypted with our PGP key. Unencrypted messages containing transaction IDs or addresses will be automatically purged by our security filters.
Support Ticket System
The only authorized channel for order disputes, refunds, and escrow release. Accessible only to logged-in users.
Direct Email
For vendor applications, advertising inquiries, and account lockouts (if unable to login).
Security & Bounties
Report critical vulnerabilities. Max reward: 500 XMR. Do not use for support issues.
Before You Contact Support
- Order Not Arrived: Disputes can only be opened 7 days after "Shipped" status.
- Deposit Missing: XMR deposits require 10 confirmations. This takes ~20 minutes.
- 2FA Lost: You must have your mnemonic recovery phrase. Without it, accounts cannot be recovered.
- Vendor Status: Bond payment is automated. Support cannot expedite the 48h review period.
